Job description

We are looking for motivated and reliable employees to join our team in the agriculture and horticulture sector.

Position: Agriculture & Horticulture Worker
Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Overtime: Possibility to work overtime

Job Responsibilities:

Weeding and planting crops
Cutting and pruning plants
Picking apples, pears, and other fruits
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following safety and quality standards

Working Conditions:

Dry and cool outdoor/greenhouse environment
Physically active role
Work may involve bending, lifting, and standing for long periods

Job requirements

Requirements:

Good physical condition
Ability to work in a team
Attention to detail
Willingness to work overtime when needed

Salary: €14,99 gross per hour. Payment every 4 weeks.

Important Information Before You Start Working With Us

Valid Personal Bank Account: The account must be in your own name. Salary is paid every 4 weeks, and please note that we do not provide advance payments.
Official Certificate of Good Conduct: This is mandatory for employment.
Financial Preparation: We recommend bringing around €250–300 for your first weeks.
Travel to the Netherlands: You are responsible for arranging and financing your own travel.
Personal Smartphone: You will need your own smartphone for communication and work purposes.

Accommodation Information

Upon arrival, the caretaker will assign your accommodation based on availability and the location of your future workplace.
Important: You must bring your own bedding (pillow, blanket, sheets) as well as cooking and kitchen utensils.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
